Our life sometimes falls apart, we may even feel broken and so naturally we try to re-build – but we also need guidance and support. And even though we may be doing just fine we can always be inspired to improve and find the life we long for, supported by good friends and clear, wise advice.
In this rare Public Talk, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab will guide us to resetting the essential meaning and purpose of living. By strengthening our minds through concentration, love, patience, wisdom and compassion we can rediscover the real meaning of our precious human life. We can live the life that in our heart we truly wish for. Everybody welcome!
About the Teacher
Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is the New Kadampa Tradition (NKT) National Spiritual Director for Canada and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada in Toronto. A retired General Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU), he has trained closely with Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for forty years and holds the lineages of his blessings in his heart.
He is an internationally renowned Buddhist Teacher who is greatly admired for his powerful teachings, his wisdom, as well as his great humility and loving-kindness that makes him a pure example for thousands of Kadampa practitionners throughout the world. He is also well-known for his deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings and his ability to convey their profound meaning in a very clear and accessible way. We are extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to receive teachings directly from him.
